Presales Lead (Public Sector Healthcare)

As a Presales Lead (Public Sector, Health), you will take ownership of end-to-end presales and solutioning activities across NHS-focused opportunities. You’ll work closely with sales, delivery, and bid teams to design compelling, compliant, and competitive solutions.

You will act as the bridge between technical teams and client stakeholders, translating complex healthcare requirements into clear, scalable, and cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead presales and solutioning for NHS and public sector healthcare opportunities
• Shape and own the overall bid proposition, ensuring alignment with client requirements
• Design secure, scalable, and value-driven technology solutions
• Support complex bids and manage multiple workstreams under tight timelines
• Contribute to high-quality written proposals, including solution design and delivery approach
• Ensure compliance with public sector procurement, security, and data protection standards
• Engage with senior stakeholders across technical, operational, and commercial teams
• Support workshops, presentations, and client-facing solution discussions
• Collaborate with commercial teams on pricing models and cost assumptions
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and contractual considerations
• Provide leadership and guidance to bid and presales teams

Key Requirements:

Essential:

• Proven experience leading presales for IT services within NHS or UK public sector healthcare
• Strong understanding of public sector procurement and tendering processes
• Experience designing and presenting complex technology solutions
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Commercial awareness, including pricing and delivery risk

Desirable:

• Experience across areas such as cloud, AI, digital transformation, data, cyber security, or managed services
• Knowledge of frameworks, ISO standards, GDPR, and accessibility requirements
• Experience working with partners or subcontractors in bid environments
• Relevant certifications or degree in a related field
