Our client, a leading global AI and digital services firm, is delivering a major Oracle Fusion transformation programme for a UK Public Sector client and is looking to appoint an experienced Programme Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of this strategic implementation. This is a high-profile role, requiring an experienced project leader with a strong track record of delivering complex ERP programmes within consulting or IT services environments.
Key Experience Required
- Proven experience leading Oracle Fusion implementations , ideally across Human Resources (HR), Payroll, Recruitment or Finance
- Experience with other ERP platforms, such as SAP , will also be considered.
- Strong experience delivering Oracle Payroll implementations is highly desirable.
- Background working within IT Services, Consulting or Systems Integration environments.
- Excellent programme and project management capabilities, with a strong delivery toolkit and governance experience.
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior business and technology leaders.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, dynamic and evolving environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale Oracle Fusion transformation programme.
- Manage programme governance, risks, dependencies and delivery milestones.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams across business and technology workstreams.
- Ensure successful adoption and delivery outcomes across the programme lifecycle.
