A global leader in IT & Digital Services, Consulting, and Digital Engineering is expanding its UK growth team and is seeking an experienced Sales Lead to drive expansion across its Geospatial / GIS practice.

The Role:
Reporting directly to the Geo Sales Head, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving sector-specific growth across Geospatial / GIS solutions and services.
You’ll own the full sales lifecycle — from pipeline creation and consultative solution shaping through to closing large, complex enterprise deals. This is a senior “hunter” role, focused on winning new logos while also expanding strategic existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end sales execution across Geospatial / GIS solutions
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of high-value enterprise opportunities
- Develop compelling, consultative solutions in collaboration with global delivery teams
- Drive new business acquisition while growing existing strategic accounts
- Shape and close large, multi-service transformation engagements
- Partner with technology alliances to deliver integrated value propositions
- Engage C-level stakeholders with credibility and strategic insight
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong background in consulting-led Sales and Business Development
- Demonstrable track record of winning new enterprise logos
- Proven success selling GIS, Digital Engineering, IoT, or transformation services
- Experience shaping and closing complex, high-value deals
- Strong understanding of Location Intelligence, Spatial Data, Cloud, AI-driven solutions or Asset Management
- Hunter mentality with consistent revenue achievement
- Advanced stakeholder engagement and consultative selling capability

Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £120,000 - £140,000 Basic + Bonus + Benefits
