A global leader in IT & Digital Services, Consulting, and Business Solutions is expanding its UK go-to-market organisation and is seeking an experienced Sales Leader to drive growth across its Oil & Gas practice.

The Role
Reporting directly to the Vertical Head, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving sector-specific growth. You’ll own the full sales lifecycle — from pipeline creation and solution shaping through to closing large, complex enterprise deals. This is a senior “hunter” role, focused on winning new logos while also expanding existing client relationships within Oil & Gas.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sales execution across the Oil & Gas sector
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of high-value opportunities
- Develop compelling, consultative solutions in collaboration with delivery teams
- Drive new business acquisition while growing strategic accounts
- Lead bids and negotiations for complex, multi-service engagements
- Engage senior stakeholders and C-level buyers with confidence and credibility
What We’re Looking For
- Strong background in Sales and Business Development
- Demonstrable track record of winning new logos in the Oil & Gas sector
- Proven success selling high-value IT, Digital, or Outsourcing services
- Experience with top-tier Systems Integrators, IT Services, or Management Consulting firms
- Hunter mentality with consistent revenue achievement
- Bid leadership experience on large, complex deals
- Advanced stakeholder engagement and consultative selling skills

Working Model: Hybrid
Salary: £100,000–£140,000 Basic + Benefits + Commission Plan
