Sales & Solution Lead (ServiceNow)
We’re partnering with a leading global technology and consulting organisation looking to hire a Business Development Manager to support growth across their ServiceNow practice in the UK & Ireland.
This is a high-impact role combining business development, solution selling, and pre-sales engagement across enterprise clients.
The Opportunity:
You’ll play a key role in expanding ServiceNow capabilities across a wide range of solutions, including:
- ITSM / ITOM (incl. AIOps, CMDB, Discovery)
- HRSD, CSM, FSM, IRM
- S2P, TSOM, App Engine
- AI-led and platform-based transformation solutions
This role sits at the intersection of sales and solutioning, working closely with clients to shape and deliver tailored ServiceNow-led transformation programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business and solution-led sales across ServiceNow offerings
- Engage clients to understand business challenges and design tailored solutions
- Lead and support RFPs, RFIs, and proactive deal shaping
- Deliver compelling value propositions and executive-level presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional and offshore teams to deliver solutions
- Support solution design, demos, and proof of concepts
- Contribute to sales strategy and pipeline growth
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in ServiceNow sales / pre-sales / solutioning
- Proven ability to support or lead complex enterprise deals
- Experience engaging senior business stakeholders
- Commercial mindset with the ability to articulate value
- Strong collaboration skills across technical and delivery teams
Experience Required:
- 10+ years in IT, with 3+ years in ServiceNow pre-sales or solution roles
- Strong knowledge across key ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.)
- Experience with ServiceNow platform, workflows, integrations
- Exposure to managed services / MSP models
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g. CAD/CIS preferred)
