About the Role

This is a senior leadership role sitting at the intersection of AI strategy, enterprise architecture, and complex deal leadership.

• Shape executive-level AI transformation conversations
• Lead high-value AI deal pursuits and solution design
• Architect enterprise-scale Agentic and Generative AI systems
• Translate emerging AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes

You will operate as both a recognised thought leader and a hands-on practitioner — guiding multi-agent architectures, RAG pipelines, LLM ecosystems, and enterprise AI operating models. This role combines strategic advisory influence with deep technical oversight, mentoring senior architects, engineers, and data scientists across complex programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise C-suite stakeholders on AI strategy, governance, and operating models
• Lead AI-driven deal pursuits including shaping, estimation, and executive presentations
• Own end-to-end solution architecture for complex AI engagements
• Design Agentic AI systems (multi-agent, orchestration, human-in-the-loop workflows)
• Architect Generative AI solutions including prompt pipelines, RAG, and fine-tuning strategies
• Integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, digital and data platforms)
• Define AI lifecycle management, monitoring, scalability, and cost optimisation frameworks
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to delivery teams

Key Skills

• 15+ years in technology consulting, digital transformation, or advanced analytics
• 5+ years hands-on AI/ML experience with strong focus on Generative AI and Agentic AI
• Expertise in LLMs, agentic frameworks, orchestration patterns, and RAG pipelines
• Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and model evaluation strategies
• Proven track record leading complex enterprise AI deals
• Strong executive presence and ability to translate AI into business value

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating AI into ERP, CRM, or digital experience platforms
• Exposure to regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, public sector)
• AI publications or speaking engagements
• Experience shaping AI Centres of Excellence or enterprise AI operating models

Salary: £130,000 - £170,000 + Benefits + Bonus
