We are supporting a globally recognised consulting and technology-led organisation at a key stage of growth within its Retail Fashion practice.
With an established client base that includes some of the most recognisable retail brands globally, the business is continuing to invest in senior consulting talent to lead large-scale transformation programmes, influence executive stakeholders, and shape the future of fashion retail.
This is a high-impact, client-facing role suited to individuals who combine deep retail domain expertise with strong consulting capability and the credibility to operate at senior levels.
The Opportunity
You will play a central role in leading and shaping enterprise transformation programmes across retail fashion clients, working closely with senior leadership to translate strategy into tangible business outcomes.
This role goes beyond traditional consulting — it requires a hands-on, outcome-driven approach, combining strategic thinking, delivery leadership, and commercial awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-lead large-scale transformation programmes across merchandising, supply chain, digital and operating model transformation
- Translate business strategy into practical, executable roadmaps with clear commercial impact
- Engage with C-suite stakeholders and support executive-level decision making
- Shape and drive programme governance, delivery structure, and execution
- Contribute to business development and origination efforts, identifying new opportunities within existing and new clients
- Support the development of thought leadership and market propositions within retail fashion
- Lead and mentor high-performing, cross-functional teams
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong experience within fashion retail and/or consulting environments
- Proven track record of leading or delivering large-scale transformation programmes
- Deep understanding of merchandising, supply chain, or omnichannel retail
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-suite
- A consultative, solution-led mindset with strong commercial awareness
- Ability to translate strategy into real, measurable business outcomes
- Experience working across digital, data, or technology-enabled transformation
Location: London | Hybrid
Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 + Bonus +Benefits
