We're partnering with one of the world's leading consulting organisations as they continue to invest heavily in their UK Finance Transformation practice.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Senior Manager to work with some of the world's largest organisations, helping CFOs and business leaders transform finance functions through strategy, process optimisation, AI and intelligent technologies.

This is a true sell-and-deliver consulting role where you'll combine client advisory, business development and delivery leadership to shape and deliver large-scale transformation programmes.

The Role

Working with C-suite executives and senior Finance leaders, you'll:

• Lead complex Finance Transformation and business transformation programmes.
• Advise clients on operating model design, finance strategy and intelligent operations.
• Drive consulting sales, develop strategic client relationships and grow existing accounts.
• Shape business cases and transformation roadmaps for enterprise clients.
• Lead multidisciplinary consulting teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Contribute to thought leadership and help grow one of the market's fastest-growing consulting practices.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for Senior Managers from a Big 4, Accenture or Tier 1 consulting firm with a proven track record of selling and delivering consulting engagements.

You'll have experience carrying a personal sales or revenue target and will bring expertise in one or more of the following areas:

• Finance Transformation
• Finance Strategy & Operating Model
• Process Mining & Process Intelligence (e.g. Celonis, SAP Signavio or ARIS)
• Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)
• FP&A, Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C)
• SAP S/4HANA Finance Transformation
• AI, Automation & Intelligent Operations
• Shared Services / Global Business Services (GBS)
