Senior Manager – OCM & Workforce Transformation
Location: UK (Hybrid)
Salary: £100,000 – £140,000 + Bonus + Benefits
We are supporting a Tier 1 global transformation consulting firm with the expansion of its Organisational Change Management (OCM) and Workforce Transformation practice.
This role sits within a high-growth, strategic change and transformation team, delivering large-scale, digitally enabled and AI-driven transformation programmes across multiple industries.
As a Senior Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in shaping and delivering complex change initiatives, working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and realisation of business value.
Key Responsibilities
Client Delivery
- Lead end-to-end OCM & Workforce Transformation workstreams across complex programmes
- Design and deliver change strategies, impact assessments, and stakeholder engagement plans
- Drive user adoption, behavioural change, and cultural transformation
- Lead development of communications, training, and business readiness activities
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across transformation initiatives
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior business leaders
- Influence and guide stakeholders through periods of significant change
- Facilitate workshops, leadership sessions, and decision-making forums
Business Development & Practice Growth
- Support proposal development, bids, and client pitches
- Contribute to thought leadership and OCM & Workforce Transformation capability development
- Play a key role in expanding the firm’s change and transformation offering
Key Requirements
- Experience within a leading consulting firm (Big 4 or equivalent preferred)
- Extensive experience in Organisational Change Management (OCM) or OCM & Workforce Transformation
- Proven track record delivering large-scale HR technology or AI transformation programmes
- Exposure to digital, technology, or AI-enabled transformations
- Strong consulting toolkit across change strategy, stakeholder engagement, communications, Training & adoption
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to operate effectively in complex, fast-paced environments
- Strong leadership and team management capability
Qualifications
- Relevant change management certifications (e.g. Prosci, APMG, CIPD or equivalent)
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
