Senior Manager – OCM & Workforce Transformation

Location: UK (Hybrid)

Salary: £100,000 – £140,000 + Bonus + Benefits

We are supporting a Tier 1 global transformation consulting firm with the expansion of its Organisational Change Management (OCM) and Workforce Transformation practice.

This role sits within a high-growth, strategic change and transformation team, delivering large-scale, digitally enabled and AI-driven transformation programmes across multiple industries.

As a Senior Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in shaping and delivering complex change initiatives, working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and realisation of business value.

Key Responsibilities

Client Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end OCM & Workforce Transformation workstreams across complex programmes
  • Design and deliver change strategies, impact assessments, and stakeholder engagement plans
  • Drive user adoption, behavioural change, and cultural transformation
  • Lead development of communications, training, and business readiness activities
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across transformation initiatives

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior business leaders
  • Influence and guide stakeholders through periods of significant change
  • Facilitate workshops, leadership sessions, and decision-making forums

Business Development & Practice Growth

  • Support proposal development, bids, and client pitches
  • Contribute to thought leadership and OCM & Workforce Transformation capability development
  • Play a key role in expanding the firm’s change and transformation offering

Key Requirements

  • Experience within a leading consulting firm (Big 4 or equivalent preferred)
  • Extensive experience in Organisational Change Management (OCM) or OCM & Workforce Transformation
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale HR technology or AI transformation programmes
  • Exposure to digital, technology, or AI-enabled transformations
  • Strong consulting toolkit across change strategy, stakeholder engagement, communications, Training & adoption
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in complex, fast-paced environments
  • Strong leadership and team management capability

Qualifications

  • Relevant change management certifications (e.g. Prosci, APMG, CIPD or equivalent)
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
