I’m working with a high-growth consumer technology company building a platform used by thousands of customers across London every day.
The business operates in the rapid-delivery / convenience commerce space, combining logistics, retail and technology into a vertically integrated product. After a period of aggressive international expansion, the company has consolidated around its core London market and is now entering a new growth phase with fresh funding and a long runway.
Engineering plays a central role in the business. Teams operate with a startup mentality: high ownership, fast execution and minimal bureaucracy. Engineers work closely with product, marketing and leadership to ship features that directly impact customer experience and commercial performance.
They’re now hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help build the next generation of their consumer platform.

What you’ll be working on
• Building and scaling consumer-facing product features
• Developing APIs and backend services that power the platform
• Improving internal tooling and shared design systems
• Supporting marketing and commercial tooling across the business
• Contributing to platform architecture and engineering standards
• Experimenting with AI-powered tooling and product features
What they’re looking for
• Strong TypeScript experience across backend and frontend
• Solid Node.js backend experience
• Experience building customer-facing products
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving startup or scale-up environments
• Engineers who actively use AI tooling in their development workflow
The team moves quickly and keeps engineering groups intentionally small. Engineers own large parts of the system and work closely with product and leadership on what gets built.
