Salary: Up to £75k DOE
Hybrid: 2-3 days in the office
Permanent: Full time
Our client is a premier UK technology partner, celebrated for their technical expertise and industry-leading workplace culture.
They are on the lookout for a new Bid Solutions Manager. As the Cisco Bid Solutions Manager, you will take ownership of the most strategic Cisco bids. Partnering with a Bid Manager, you’ll design tailored, high-impact solutions that exceed customer requirements and go beyond simple licensing. You will be the primary liaison between internal technical, licensing, and advisory teams to ensure every commitment is commercially viable, technically sound, and precisely delivered.
The Role:
- Act as a primary liaison between internal teams to stay informed and aligned on bid priorities.
- Consult on major Cisco tenders to develop strategic solutions that demonstrate our client’s value beyond licensing.
- Contribute to and update the content repository to ensure all bids are supported by accurate, up-to-date resources.
- Identify opportunities to promote Cisco in line with our client’s broader strategy.
- Design and implement workflows that improve reporting efficiency and data quality for framework obligations.
About you:
- A strong understanding of the Cisco portfolio, including networking, security, and cloud solutions.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- A track record of creating comprehensive solutions for bids, ensuring all elements are aligned with customer needs.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a grasp of data analysis and auditing to ensure accuracy.
- The ability to thrive under pressure, manage strict deadlines, and delegate tasks strategically to ensure team productivity.
For the top end of the salary available, you will be a highly experienced Cisco specialist with a proven track record of developing complex, strategic solutions within fast-paced commercial bid environments.
