Hybrid | Lancashire (1–2 days per week in the office)
As Professional Development Manager, you will be the operational lead for a national digital CPD platform.
We’re looking for someone who understands how to run and continuously improve a customer-facing digital product.
At its core, this role is about business operations, service delivery and customer experience. You’ll oversee the day-to-day performance of our CPD platform, ensure high-quality support for external customers, use data to improve engagement and retention, and work cross-functionally to strengthen the overall proposition.
You’ll lead a small team, refine processes, improve customer journeys and ensure the platform delivers a consistently professional experience.
We’re particularly interested in people who have:
• Managed operations within a digital product or platform
• Delivered services to external customers in a B2C or membership environment
• Strengthened customer experience and retention through process improvement
• Worked with Product/Marketing teams to enhance a digital offering
• Led or developed small teams
Awarding body or education experience is welcome — but not essential. Strong operational capability and customer focus are. If you’ve run a high-quality digital service and want ownership within a respected national organisation, let’s talk.
Hybrid working is offered, with 1–2 days per week based in the Lancashire office.
This is a permanent role, and working hours 9-5pm Monday to Friday.
