The Role
- Analyse creative and campaign data to identify trends and performance insights
- Develop actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness
- Create reports, visualisations, and presentations for internal and client stakeholders
- Present insights confidently to agency teams and clients
- Collaborate with strategy, creative, and product teams to refine campaign strategies
- Contribute to the development of new tools and automation processes (e.g. AI-powered optimisation, creative tagging)
The Candidate
- 2+ years' experience in a data, media, or digital analytics role
- Knowledge of programmatic and/or social media platforms
- Familiarity with creative production or DCO campaigns
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills with a good grasp of statistics
- Experience in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and storytelling
- Interest in digital marketing and creative performance
