Guidewire Program Lead - Contract - London (Hybrid)

Guidewire Program Lead required for an urgent start.

The Guidewire Program Lead will be working for a leading London Market insurer, supporting a major technology transformation programme focused on the successful delivery and implementation of Guidewire solutions across the business.

Key skills:

- Previous experience working as a Guidewire Program Lead on Guidewire implementation, upgrade, or AMS programmes.
- Strong understanding of Specialty Insurance, London Market processes, and the Lloyd's ecosystem.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end Guidewire programmes across complex technology transformation initiatives.
- Strong experience with Guidewire InsuranceSuite including PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across business, IT, vendors, and offshore delivery teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills across business and technology functions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, drive delivery governance, and ensure successful programme outcomes across complex transformation programmes.
