ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Consultant/Architect
- Strong understanding of risk frameworks and compliance processes. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Scripting, configuration, and integration
- Architect and configure IRM modules including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management and Issue Management
- Map business processes to ServiceNow out-of-box capabilities and validate requirements.
- Customize form layouts, dashboards, reports, workflows, and notifications.
- Configure access controls using OOB roles and ensure alignment with compliance standards.
- Utilize ServiceNow Next UI design, including list/form/navigation updates, workflows, instance management, and table/field creation.
- Design, lead or support Control Risk Assessments (CRAs), including assessment, analysis, and remediation oversight
- Assist clients in designing and conducting compliance monitoring programs to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Design and execute compliance testing and control effectiveness reviews, identifying gaps and recommending corrective actions
