We give people support in a way that's right for them either face to face in their local service, community or online. Job Opportunity Join us as a Product Owner - Job Description/Person Specification WithYou are recruiting for a Product Owner, to join us as a key member of our Clinical Governance directorate, taking ownership of how we use our Ulysses risk management system across the organisation. In this new role, you'll become WithYou's subject matter expert for Ulysses, working across our services and central teams to ensure the system is configured effectively, data is accurate and meaningful insights are identified and shared. You'll play a key role in helping us turn data from incidents, complaints, risks and other areas of compliance into insight, learning and improvement. This is an opportunity to take genuine ownership of a key organisational system and make a tangible contribution to how WithYou learns, improves and manages risk. You will be based from home, working Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm. This is a permanent role, with a salary of £35,000 per annum. Essential Skills In your application, we'd be excited to see evidence of:

Experience in relevant database/system administration - Ulysses/Datix or similar

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interrogate data, draft thematic reports and present insights to senior stakeholders

The ability to handle highly sensitive information with discretion and sensitivity

A good understanding of information governance
