This is a seriously rare and exciting opportunity.
We’re partnering with a super-fast-growing, well-backed start-up operating across AI, technology and content.
They’re around 20 people today, moving quickly and building something genuinely exciting.
Now they want someone brilliant to help build out their data and analytics capability.
This isn’t a role where you inherit loads of established dashboards, reporting and processes. You’ll help create them.
You’ll sit across commercial, finance, technology and operations, working directly with senior leadership, the Board and investors to help the business understand what’s happening, why it’s happening and what they should do next.
What will you be doing?
- Analysing customer behaviour, commercial performance and operational trends
- Building dashboards, KPIs and reporting from scratch
- Interrogating data to uncover trends, opportunities, risks and anomalies
- Building commercial models and business cases
- Supporting forecasting, budgeting and commercial decision-making
- Turning complex analysis into simple, useful recommendations
- Helping shape how the business captures, analyses and uses data as it scales
What are we looking for?
Someone who genuinely loves data and figuring things out.
You’ll have a proper analytical brain, but you’ll also be proactive, curious and a real self-starter.
We need someone who sees a problem and naturally starts working out how to solve it.
You’ll ideally have strong Excel skills, experience working with large datasets and exposure to Power BI or similar analytical tools.
But mindset is massive here.
You’ll enjoy building things, testing ideas, challenging assumptions and finding answers where there isn’t an obvious one.
It’s initially a 6-month FTC with the potential to go permanent, and you’ll be joining at a stage where you can have a huge amount of influence.
If you want a predictable role where everything is already built, this probably isn’t it.
If you want to build, create, analyse and genuinely influence a fast-growing start-up, it could be a brilliant opportunity.
