We’re partnering with a high-growth, PE-backed global technology business looking to hire a Commercial Financial Analyst into their growing commercial team. The business continues to scale rapidly and offers a brilliant environment for someone looking to develop their commercial finance skillset.
Working directly with the Commercial Director, this is a highly visible role with broad exposure across pricing, margins, deal support, and commercial analysis.

THE ROLE
- Provide analytical support directly to the Commercial Director
- Maintain and improve commercial deal models
- Support management and updates of pricing/rate cards
- Build ad hoc Excel models and analytical tools
- Review contractual obligations and reflect them within financial models
- Carry out account and margin analysis
- Support pre- and post-sales commercial analysis alongside FP&A
- Create presentations and reporting for senior leadership
- Support commercial planning and deal handovers
- Assess commercial risk across new opportunities, including pricing and margins
- Work closely with global sales teams to provide commercial insight
- Help standardise and improve commercial processes and reporting tools
YOUR PROFILE
- Strong Excel skills are essential
- Commercially minded with strong analytical capability
- Proactive, organised, and comfortable working at pace
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders
- Genuine interest in commercial finance and analysis
- VBA exposure helpful but not essential
