You will architect the digital revenue journey for a pioneering commerce infrastructure business. Our client is the tech-led powerhouse behind scaling consumer brands, and they are seeking an ambitious innovator to design the automated workflows, CRM pipelines, and conversion systems that will power their next phase of international expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect AI-Driven Workflows: Design, deploy, and scale advanced AI workflow automations and intelligent agents to eliminate manual tasks and dramatically accelerate execution speed.
  • Optimise Web & Conversion Systems: Rapidly launch, manage, and scale high-performing landing pages, lead capture pathways, and digital assets.
  • Own CRM & Revenue Pipeline Infrastructure: Structurally align HubSpot CRM workflows with Sales and CX teams to ensure flawless lead routing, attribution, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Drive Next-Gen Search Visibility: Steer technical SEO and pioneer emerging Agentic Engine Optimisation (AEO) frameworks to position them at the forefront of AI-driven search.
  • Manage Distributed Resources: Coordinate and direct specialist remote freelancers to execute high-quality creative and technical deliverables asynchronously.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Critical Automation Expertise: Proven track record of building complex, production-grade AI workflow automations to drive operational leverage.
  • CMS & CRM Mastery: Strong, hands-on experience structuring high-conversion websites in Webflow and managing sophisticated pipelines in HubSpot.
  • Systems-First Growth Mindset: A background in high-growth, D2C, or tech-enabled environments with a deep understanding of lead capture and conversion funnels.
  • Right to Work: Already possesses the full right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available for this role).

Nice-to-Have

  • Advanced experience integrating custom APIs and managing paid social systems.
  • Deep knowledge of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) methodologies.
  • Active experimentation with the latest generative AI tools, LLMs, and autonomous agents.
