Join a category-defining AI company, backed by tier-one investors (a16z and Accel), at the ground floor of a brand-new team shaping how the world's largest enterprises deploy conversational AI agents.
You'll work hands-on with 100+ leading brands, owning technical delivery end-to-end and directly influencing the roadmap of a rapidly scaling agent-building platform.

What you'll be doing:
- Own end-to-end execution of AI agent builds for strategic enterprise customers, from initial scoping through launch, iteration, and scale
- Write and maintain core agent-building artifacts, configuring behaviour to optimise quality, reliability, and measurable business outcomes
- Design and validate guardrails to ensure safe, compliant, and predictable agent performance in real-world environments
- Set up, test, and validate customer integrations (ticketing systems, CRMs, data pipelines), building the tools and workflows needed for successful deployment
- Partner with senior technical stakeholders at customers to define success criteria, gather requirements, and drive delivery against tight timelines
- Translate customer needs into clear internal documentation and feed insights back to Engineering to shape platform evolution
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver repeatable, best-in-class agent builds
🎯Essential Skills
- 5+ years in a technical, post-sales, customer-facing role at a complex B2B SaaS company (Forward-Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Implementation Engineer, or Field Engineer)
- Proficiency in Python with the ability to write, ship, and validate production-grade code end-to-end
- Experience working with APIs and building enterprise integrations
- Proven track record delivering technical solutions to enterprise customers with structured execution, testing, and iteration
- Exceptional communication skills, with the polish and clarity to engage senior technical stakeholders
- Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where you shape solutions as much as implement them
- Bonus: experience building with LLMs or AI agents ( prompting, evaluation, guardrails, workflow design)
- Bonus: CS, Engineering, or Maths degree from a strong institution
- Must be able to work 5 days a week in-office in London a
