Hugely Successful AI InsurTech business based in London with exceptional funding, are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer.

This is a seed-stage, YC-backed insurtech Startup that's using AI to completely overhaul the insurance industry — and they're doing it with a modern TypeScript/Next.js/Node.js stack, a small senior engineering team, and serious backing from top-tier investors.

If you want real ownership, zero bureaucracy, and code that ships to production fast — this one's worth a look.

✅Job Description

• Own new features end-to-end — from discovery and scoping with users through to full-stack implementation
• Work directly with operations and claims teams to build the AI-powered tools they need to succeed
• Spend the majority of your time (70–80%) building new products and systems from scratch
• Collaborate within a flat, agile engineering team to solve complex problems at pace

🎯Essential Skills

• 2–7 years of experience as a full-stack engineer (Typescript/Next.js/Node.js)
• Proven track record of owning product features end-to-end, from ideation to launch
• Experience building AI-adjacent features such as document processing, email automation, or voice/calling pipelines would (nice to have)
• Must be able to work 5 days a week from the London office
