We're Hiring: Sponsorship Sales Manager
Ware, Hertfordshire (Onsite)
Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5pm
Salary: £40K-£60K
Looking for your next step in B2B events and sponsorship sales? Join a growing organisation delivering international tech & cybersecurity events across the UK, Europe, and North America.
You'll work closely with senior professionals including CIOs, CISOs, CDOs, CFOs and other C-Suite colleagues - supporting business growth and building lasting partnerships.
* Develop and implement sponsorship sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
* Identify and qualify new sponsors across tech & cybersecurity
* Build and maintain strong relationships with senior contacts
* Prepare and present tailored sponsorship proposals
* Negotiate and close sponsorship agreements
* Work with internal teams to design high-value event packages
* Maintain an organised CRM-driven sales pipeline
2+ years in sponsorship or B2B sales
Experience achieving sales targets
Clear communicator with negotiation skills
Able to manage multiple projects effectively
Tech/cyber event experience is a plus
Self-motivated with a focus on achieving goals
* £40K-£60K salary depending on experience
