Delivery Lead

Hybrid Working - This is a hybrid working role, therefore your time will primarily be split between working from home (in the UK) and Bracknell Head Office.
There is no fixed rule, but to collaborate with the team and attend important meetings in person, it is anticipated that you will need to be in the office or visiting other locations occasionally, as required. There will also be a need to visit other locations occasionally, as required.
Expected Salary - £59,500 - £75,000 (depending upon experience)
Contract type - 1-Permanent, 1 - Fixed - term Contract (up to 10 months)
Key Responsibilities
As an experienced Delivery Lead, you will be confident and resilient and thrive in a high paced environment, with a focus on quality, ensuring the delivery aligns with the needs of the business, whilst also being supportable and maintainable.
Driving our product delivery through working closely with Product and Engineering to release value as early as possible.
Work collaboratively with the teams to release software to Production in a regular and controlled manner, ensuring it is monitored, and helping the team plan for issues which may arise from changes to the software.
Have a curiosity and understanding of the technology stacks the team are developing in order to add value to decision making in the team.
Facilitate agile events and champion agile best practice, coaching and mentoring the team utilising key metrics to provide predictability and high performing teams.
Quickly surface challenges, working with the team to resolve impediments so that they can focus on delivering value iteratively.
Essential Skills / Experience you'll need

Passion for building and developing high performing, cross functional, digital teams.
Deep understanding of Retail IT Delivery in a lean and agile environment
Understanding of cloud and microservice technology
Working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean and DevOps frameworks.
Demonstrable experience in Flow metrics.
