The Role

This is a broad and genuinely impactful Business Analyst position sitting at the heart of the business's transformation agenda. You will be the critical connector between commercial stakeholders and technical delivery teams — gathering requirements, mapping processes, and making sure the solutions built actually solve the right problems. From supporting digital and automation initiatives through to UAT and reporting, this role touches every corner of the business. The Person

You are a confident, curious and commercially aware Business Analyst with at least three years of experience translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements. You know how to run a workshop, write a BRD and hold a room with senior stakeholders — but you are equally comfortable getting into the detail with a development team. You bring a structured mindset, strong communication skills and a genuine appetite for process improvement and digital change. Retail experience is important, but what matters most is your ability to bridge the gap between business and technology with clarity, credibility and pace.
