The business is a fast-growing, founder-led B2B SaaS company operating in the retail and marketing technology space. They’re building a new post-purchase engagement channel that helps omnichannel retailers capture valuable in-store customer data while unlocking additional revenue through digital receipts. With strong commercial traction, growing enterprise clients, and global expansion underway, the company is entering a key growth phase and actively building the commercial infrastructure to support it.

The Role

This role sits at the centre of the commercial engine, owning and optimising the journey from discovery through to retailer launch. It combines elements of sales enablement, commercial strategy, and implementation coordination — supporting enterprise and mid-market deals while ensuring a structured transition into delivery. The position also plays a key role in building repeatable systems, improving sales processes, developing commercial materials, and coordinating multi-store rollouts across retailer estates, working closely with sales, product, and engineering teams.
