The Role

As Principal AI Consultant, you’ll lead AI-driven transformation programmes, working directly with senior stakeholders to design strategy, shape solutions, and oversee delivery. This is a highly client-facing role that blends strategic thinking with hands-on implementation guiding organisations from vision through to execution and sustained adoption. You’ll own relationships, influence commercial outcomes, and play a key role in shaping the consultancy’s direction as it grows.

The Person

You’re someone who understands both the technical power of AI and the commercial realities of business transformation. You’ve led complex initiatives before ideally within retail or consumer environments and you’re confident engaging senior stakeholders while collaborating closely with data scientists and technical teams.
