The Role
Reporting directly to the CIO, the Data Analyst will lead the analysis of e-commerce performance and customer behaviour to drive conversion, retention and profitability. You will monitor and optimise key KPIs including conversion rate, revenue per visit, AOV, CAC and CLV; build and automate dashboards using SQL and BI tools; conduct funnel, cohort, segmentation and LTV analysis; design and evaluate A/B tests; and provide clear, actionable insights that influence trading decisions, marketing investment, product roadmap planning and customer experience improvements, while ensuring strong data governance and a single source of truth across the Digital function.
The Person
Looking for experience in e-commerce or digital analytics, strong SQL capability and proficiency in at least one BI tool, alongside solid knowledge of web analytics, attribution, retention and lifetime value concepts. Commercially minded and customer-focused, you are confident translating complex data into clear business recommendations for stakeholders at all levels, thrive in cross-functional environments, and combine analytical rigour with curiosity, attention to detail and a proactive approach to driving measurable impact.
