The Role
A senior Transformation Programme Manager accountable for shaping and delivering a portfolio of priority growth initiatives.
Operating as a cross-functional integrator, you’ll translate strategy into executable programmes across business and technology.
Key focus:
- Shape initiatives: define problems, outcomes, value and investment cases
- Deliver end-to-end programmes across a matrix organisation
- Manage dependencies, risks and sequencing across multiple initiatives
- Support prioritisation by making trade-offs clear
- Lead senior stakeholder engagement, including Executive and Board updates
- Build internal capability and manage delivery partners
The Person
A commercially strong transformation leader with experience delivering complex programmes in retail.
You’ll bring:
- Proven delivery of large-scale, business-led transformation (not just tech)
- Strong retail experience, including digital/eCommerce
- Exposure to supply chain, logistics or B2B environments
- High commercial acumen and ability to operate in ambiguity
- Strong stakeholder management up to Board level
- Experience in matrixed environments with competing priorities
- Solid understanding of delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
