D365 Customer Insights Journey Specialist - Outside IR35 - 3 months  WeDo are representing a not-for-profit organisation currently seeking a skilled contractor to lead their email marketing activity for an initial 3-month period.This role offers the chance to take ownership of the planning, delivery and evaluation of impactful email campaigns, while supporting the rollout of a new CRM and email marketing platform.Key responsibilities include:

• Testing and supporting the configuration of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys
• Building and refining emails using new templates ahead of launch
• Ensuring compliance with deliverability requirements
• Supporting further development of templates as needed

About you:

• Strong background in email marketing campaign management
• Hands-on skills in HTML/CSS for email design and build
• Experience working with email marketing platforms (Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys essential; DotDigital desirable)
