D365 Solution Architect F&O CE
We’re supporting a major Dynamics 365 rollout across Finance & Operations and Customer Engagement for a business mid-transformation. This phase is all about maturity - scaling what’s already live, refining core processes, and embedding Dynamics as a long-term enterprise platform.They’re looking for a hands-on Solution Architect who can operate at the intersection of business and delivery: shaping solutions, owning design, and guiding the programme through testing, cutover, and hypercare. You’ll be trusted to lead conversations, challenge assumptions, and turn requirements into workable, scalable solutions.This is a high-impact role with real ownership — not just design-on-paper.Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end requirements gathering across F&O and CE workstreams
- Own solution design, including configuration, legal entity setup, and process alignment
- Produce and maintain FDDs, IDDs, SDDs, BPMs and design documentation
- Work closely with development and integration teams through dev and internal testing
- Lead and support FAT testing, including playbacks and stakeholder sign-off
- Define and execute test strategy: scenarios, test plans, schedules, scripts, and execution
- Support data migration solutions, test data prerequisites, and validation
- Play a key role in cutover planning and execution
- Provide hypercare support post go-live, ensuring stability and user confidence
- Act as the architectural bridge between business, delivery, and technical teams
- Strong experience as a Dynamics 365 Solution Architect
- Proven delivery across D365 Finance & Operations and/or CE
- Deep understanding of process design, configuration, and integration
- Hands-on experience producing FDDs, IDDs, SDDs, BPMs
- End-to-end lifecycle experience: design build test cutover hypercare
- Confident leading workshops, playbacks, and senior stakeholder sessions
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-workstream programmes
- Real ownership, not just documentation
