M365/Sharepoint Migration Lead | Active SC Required | Fully On-Site (Bristol) | Inside IR35

M365 / SharePoint Migration Lead – Contract Location: Bristol – 5 days per week onsite Contract: 5 months initially, with potential extensions / follow-on projects Start: Early September Rate: Up to £600 per day, Inside IR35 Clearance: Active SC Clearance requiredWe are looking for two experienced M365 / SharePoint Migration Leads to join a major migration programme based in Bristol.These are hands-on SME positions, taking responsibility for the technical delivery of a SharePoint migration and upgrade programme. Due to the nature of the project, candidates must already hold active SC Clearance and be able to work onsite in Bristol five days per week.Key experience required

• Strong hands-on Microsoft 365 and SharePoint expertise
• Extensive experience delivering complex SharePoint migrations and upgrades
• Experience migrating from on-premises SharePoint to the latest SharePoint environment hosted on Azure
• Ability to lead migration activities from a technical perspective
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability
• Comfortable operating as a hands-on SME within a project environment
• Experience working within secure / SC-cleared environments advantageous
