PWC Director

WeDo is searching for an experienced D365 Director to lead the delivery of complex ERP solutions within a dynamic, client-facing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic, delivery-driven professional with a strong background in finance or business disciplines, looking to make a significant impact across enterprise-level transformation programmes.About the Role As D365 Director, you’ll take ownership of leading and shaping the successful delivery of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations projects. You’ll partner with clients to design, implement, and optimise end-to-end business processes while ensuring exceptional delivery quality and stakeholder satisfaction.You’ll play a pivotal role in guiding delivery teams, managing client expectations, and ensuring that every implementation aligns seamlessly with business objectives and transformation goals.Responsibilities In this role, you will:

• Lead the delivery of large-scale Dynamics 365 ERP programmes from design through to go-live.
• Engage directly with senior stakeholders to define business requirements and transformation outcomes.
• Drive complex business process mapping and modelling activities to support optimal solution design.
• Manage and mentor delivery teams, fostering a high-performance culture across all project phases.
• Ensure delivery excellence through structured governance, clear communication, and proactive risk management.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Collaborate closely with partners and vendors, maintaining strong relationships to support seamless programme execution.

About You We’re looking for someone with:

• Extensive experience delivering Dynamics 365 ERP within a consulting or Microsoft Gold Partner environment.
• A strong professional background in finance or business, with the ability to bridge technical and commercial perspectives.
• Deep understanding of D365 modules and related enterprise applications.
• Proven capability in managing client relationships and leading complex discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with a focus on clarity and impact.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining a high standard of delivery.
