Senior Full Stack Engineer (Go + React)

Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)

Salary: £100,000–£105,000 + 10% bonus + Equity

Their technology sits at the intersection of distributed systems, AI/ML, and unstructured data helping organisations make sense of complex, multilingual information to deliver insights people can actually trust.

This is a business solving genuinely hard problems with real-world impact.

The Opportunity

You’ll join one of five agile product squads focused on the company’s core web application — the heartbeat of their business operations.

We’re looking for two Senior Full Stack Engineers who thrive in high-growth start-up environments: people who take ownership, drive architectural decisions, and love getting hands-on with POCs, innovation, and clean, maintainable code.

You’ll need strong React UI experience and backend expertise in Go , Ruby , C# , or Java (with a willingness to cross-train into Go). The wider application stack also includes Python and Ruby , and the platform is hosted on AWS (with migration to GCP underway).

What You’ll Do

• Design and build scalable microservices in Go , contributing to a growing distributed architecture.
• Develop intuitive, performant React components that enhance the user experience.
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to turn complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code across the stack.
• Participate in architectural discussions and shape engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across services and systems.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, observability, and automation initiatives.

Interview Process

1st stage – Introductory chat with the Hiring Manager to explore your experience and the team.

2nd stage – Technical pairing exercise (split between UI with React and API/backend).

3rd stage – Final conversation with the COO and Founder.
