Application Support Analyst

We are working with a Further Education client in London who are looking to recruit an Application Support Analyst on a full-time, permanent basis.
Our client is a superb group of further education colleges who are known for delivering training at a very high standard for their learners and who foster great relationships with schools, businesses and industry partners in the local community and beyond.
They are looking for an Application Support Analyst to provide helpdesk support to users of new and existing Management Information Systems.
You'll need excellent SQL skills, experience supporting application systems and experience working with a ticketing system.
You'll also use those same SQL skills to develop and maintain SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and scripts to enhance MIS functionality and support ongoing system development.
