We are working with a fast growing crypto SaaS business operating in a mission critical, risk and compliance focused space. The company supports a large and expanding B2B customer base and has reached a point where the strategy is clear, the direction is set, and the focus is firmly on execution.
You will work closely with the CCO, taking ownership of an established customer portfolio and driving clearly defined strategic initiatives.
This is not a role to come in and redesign the vision. It is about taking what is already in place and building at pace, improving how customers are engaged, retained, and grown.
You will join a smaller organisation where impact is visible, decision making is close, and execution matters.
Responsibilities:
You will take ownership of an existing portfolio of B2B customers, managing a mixed account base that includes 2 to 3 large, complex customers requiring hands on account management, alongside a broader group of smaller accounts.
Your day to day focus will be on reducing churn through deeper customer understanding, maintaining regular and structured touchpoints across 40 plus accounts, and ensuring customers are engaged throughout their journey.
You will lead key initiatives designed to strengthen customer relationships, including the creation and ownership of a customer forum for existing customers only. You will proactively position the value of engagement, particularly where time commitment is likely to be a customer objection.
You will act as the conduit between customers and internal teams, particularly Product, providing clear, data backed feedback to influence product and feature development. You will also identify and execute upsell and cross sell opportunities, using available customer data to prioritise accounts and improve how churn risk is assessed and managed.

Required Skills:
- Proven experience in a commercial account management, account lead, or customer success role
- Background in crypto SaaS is ideal, with fintech as a minimum requirement
- Experience with risk based, compliance based, or insurance style products is highly relevant
- Strong commercial mindset with experience driving retention, upsell, and cross sell
- Comfortable engaging regularly with C suite stakeholders
- Analytical and confident, able to cut through noise and back recommendations with data
- Strong time management skills with experience managing a large B2B customer portfolio
- Fluent English is essential, with French or Spanish a strong advantage
