100K - 120K base + meaningful equity (think early-stage upside, not crumbs)

London, onsite 4 days per week (non-negotiable)

A well-funded, London-based AI startup (Series A, backed by tier 1 funds and some very famous founders) is looking for a cracked Frontend Engineer to join their core team.

This isn't another build v1 job. That part's done. The product is live. Real users. Real feedback. Real usage from companies building AI agents.

What youll be doing:

• Owning product decisions end-to-end: ship fast, break smart, and refine constantly
• Designing and building the core interface that powers how users explore and visualise complex data - every detail, every interaction, crafted by you
• Translating messy, technical data into clean, intuitive workflows that feel effortless to use (even when what's under the hood is anything but)

What we need you to bring:

• A product mind - you think UX-first and sweat the details
• Spent 5+ years building beautiful frontends
• Primary Techstack: React, Next and Typescript

Bonus: Early-stage experience, backend exposure, or interest & exposure in AI/devtools
