🔥 Your Mission
As Channel Sales Manager UKI, you will be the primary representative of Weblib within our partner ecosystem across UK and Ireland. You will identify and develop strategic channel partnerships, activate existing relationships, and collaborate with partners to drive sustainable business growth and expand our market presence.
📋 Key Responsibilities
Partner Development
- Identify, recruit, and nurture strategic channel partners, including telecommunications providers, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and system integrators.
- Build and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial partner relationships.
Partner Enablement
- Support partners during customer engagements, product demonstrations, and sales cycles.
- Deliver training and collaborate on go-to-market initiatives to maximize partner success.
Strategic Planning & Market Analysis
- Develop and execute account-based partner growth strategies.
- Conduct whitespace analyses and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitive developments, and emerging technologies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with our international Marketing, Product, and Technical teams to ensure partner success and market alignment.
🛠️ What You Bring
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Channel Management, Partner Management, or Business Development, ideally within a B2B technology environment.
Industry Knowledge
- Experience in telecommunications, networking technologies, managed services, or WiFi solutions is highly desirable.
Network
- An established network of IT resellers, system integrators, MSPs, or channel partners across the UKI region is a strong advantage.
Skills
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a structured and proactive approach to work.
