The Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to interpret stakeholder requirements, conduct detailed data analysis, and facilitate effective communication across delivery teams. The role is responsible for translating business needs into actionable plans, streamlining processes, and contributing to strategic solutions that align with organisational goals.

Your Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements with clarity and accuracy

Analyse complex data sets to derive actionable insights, identify trends, and support informed decision-making

Identify inefficiencies in workflows or systems and propose improvements to optimise business processes

Create and maintain detailed documentation including requirements, workflows, functional specifications, and outcomes

Generate reports and artefacts to communicate findings effectively to varied audiences

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure shared understanding of objectives

Translate business needs into functional specifications or user stories to guide system or software development

Collaborate with QA and UAT teams to validate solutions and ensure they meet defined business requirements

Review test strategies, test scenarios, and test cases to ensure adequate coverage and quality

Monitor implemented solutions, gather feedback, and recommend enhancements to support evolving business needs

Your Profile

Essential skills / knowledge / experience

6 to 9 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 3 years working as a Business Analyst

Strong analytical capability to interpret complex data sets, identify patterns, and generate meaningful insights

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience producing high-quality documentation

Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and industry best practices

Proven experience eliciting and documenting detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories

Familiarity with software development methodologies including Agile and Waterfall

Experience working with business analysis and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to balance diverse expectations

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and project scopes while maintaining delivery focus

Desirable skills / knowledge / experience

Agile E2 certification
