ICT Trainer - St Austell/ Hybrid - Full time - 12 month Fixed Term contract

As their ICT Trainer, you’ll play a key role in shaping how employees engage with technology across the business, ensuring systems are used effectively and data is managed to the highest standards.In this exciting position, you will:

- Deliver engaging ICT induction training for new starters and refresher sessions for existing staff.

- Create and deliver bespoke training—both online (MS Teams) and in person—tailored to diverse teams and projects.

- Develop high-quality training guides, video tutorials, and SharePoint content to support ongoing learning.

- Collaborate with project teams to plan and implement training for new systems and processes.

- Promote data quality, GDPR compliance, and best practice in ICT usage.

- Support ICT initiatives, including system upgrades, disaster recovery planning, and process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ICT training delivery with a solid understanding of Microsoft 365 applications, excellent administrative and organisational skills, and the ability to design and deliver engaging training across multiple platforms. A confident communicator and natural facilitator, you will be adept at managing your own workload, maintaining high standards under pressure, and adapting quickly to new systems and processes. A proactive, positive approach and a genuine passion for learning and development are essential, while advanced Microsoft 365 skills or formal training certifications would be a welcome bonus.
