Office Administrator – Plymouth - £25k
Well Placed HR have been engaged by a new client, a long established and highly successful services provider with an outstanding reputation for staff development and customer care. This is a full time, permanent position to be based at the organisation’s offices in Plymouth.
Working as part of a friendly and experienced team, this will be a broad ranging and interesting position where the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operations of the general administration function.
Key responsibilities to include:
- Dealing with queries from clients, filtering calls accordingly
- Data entry and maintenance of the organisation’s database systems
- Providing assistance to managers
- Organising and scheduling meetings
- General office duties
For this role we seek an organised and efficient Administrator who is comfortable to regularly liaise with colleagues across all departments and act as first point of contact for external visitors. The organisation is technology driven so good all-round IT aptitude and strong MS Office skills will be essential. The role works in a busy function where excellent communication skills will be essential including a willingness to assist with a number of ongoing projects.
This role is offered on a permanent and full-time basis, with a salary of £25k. Working hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with a 30-minute lunch break. This role is fully site based in Plymouth and only candidates with the ability to work from the site will be considered, due to the demands of this role.
