Programme Manager - St Austell - £41,000 Interim - 6-7 months

While this role falls slightly outside our typical remit at Well Placed HR, we are pleased to support our fantastic long-standing client in recruiting an Interim Programme Manager to join their ICT team, based in St Austell.

Reporting directly to the ICT Manager, you will take the lead on planning, evaluating, coordinating and executing several intricate client-focused projects.

Your duties will include:

-Coordinating projects by bringing relevant stakeholders together

-Assisting in defining scope of projects to ensure technical feasibility

-Ensuring resource availability and allocation

-Developing a clear plan to track project progress with clear milestones

-Performing risk management

-Maintaining all relevant correspondence

-Tracking progress using MS365 and digital tools.

This role will require someone who has proven experience in modelling strong leadership and providing motivation, in order to complete projects. You will be required to form positive relationships with all third parties and stakeholders. Creating a culture of high performance and learning from good practice and customer feedback.

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant qualification at Level 5 or above (ideally in Project Management Professional Certification). You must have extensive experience within project management and be prepared to see the projects through to completion. This role is available for a period or 7 months and due to begin as soon as possible.
