We are looking to hire ambitious, commercially minded, and intellectually curious consultants to join our growing AI & Autonomous Systems division, working with some of the most innovative companies globally.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partnering with venture-backed scale-ups, public companies, and cutting-edge technology businesses across AI, robotics, autonomy, defence, mobility, and industrial automation.
• Delivering high-quality executive search and strategic hiring projects across technical and commercial functions.
• Building deep market expertise within emerging technology sectors.
• Developing long-term relationships with senior industry leaders, founders, and investors.
• Driving business development with both new and existing clients globally.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients navigating complex talent challenges in rapidly evolving markets.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in recruitment, executive search, talent consulting, or business development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Intellectual curiosity and genuine interest in emerging technologies and innovation.
• A proactive, self-motivated, and commercially driven mindset.
• Confidence operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
