Panel Wirer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Panel Wirer to join our manufacturing team. Duties

• Assemble electrical panels using hand tools, power tools, and surface mount technology.
• Wire components according to technical diagrams and schematics, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
• Install electrical components such as switches, relays, circuit breakers, and terminal blocks.
• Conduct basic testing and troubleshooting of assembled panels to ensure proper operation.
• Follow safety procedures during all stages of assembly and wiring work.
• Maintain organised workstations and document work completed accurately.
• Assist in the interpretation of electrical diagrams and technical drawings.
• Ensure all work complies with industry standards and company policies.

Experience

• Proven experience in electrical assembly or panel wiring is preferred.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and surface mount technology is essential.
• Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and their wiring is highly desirable.
• Previous experience working with electrical components, circuit diagrams, and schematics.
• Mechanical knowledge related to assembly processes is advantageous.
• Experience with electrical or mechanical systems in a manufacturing environment will be considered an asset.
