  • Define and own the Enterprise Architecture strategy.
  • Develop the long-term technology roadmap aligned to business objectives.
  • Lead architecture across Microsoft Azure and enterprise cloud platforms.
  • Shape future enterprise applications and modernise existing technology.
  • Design scalable integration strategies using APIs, Azure Integration Services and cloud-native technologies.
  • Drive architecture across AI, Microsoft Copilot, automation and emerging technologies.
  • Establish architecture governance, standards and best practice.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend future investment.
  • Work closely with Executive stakeholders to understand strategic priorities and translate these into enterprise technology solutions.
  • Partner with Software Engineering, Data, Infrastructure and Delivery teams to ensure architectural consistency across programmes.
  • Become the trusted technology adviser to senior business leaders.
What We're Looking ForYou'll be an experienced Enterprise Architect who combines strategic thinking with technical credibility.You'll understand how technology enables commercial success and be comfortable influencing senior stakeholders, challenging thinking and shaping organisational direction.Just as importantly, you'll have experience working within large, complex B2B organisations where enterprise CRM platforms form part of a wider integrated technology ecosystem. You'll understand how CRM platforms interact with finance, contracts, billing, operational workflows, compliance, data platforms and customer lifecycle management, enabling technology to support both commercial growth and operational delivery.Experience of enterprise-scale system integration and data-rich environments supporting multiple business functions will be highly advantageous.Essential Experience
  • Extensive experience as an Enterprise Architect, Principal Architect or Lead Solution Architect.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud-first architecture.
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale architecture within complex organisations.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise integration, APIs, event-driven architecture and cloud-native solutions.
  • Experience developing enterprise technology roadmaps aligned to business strategy.
  • Experience architecting integrated business platforms supporting multiple operational functions.
  • Significant experience of enterprise CRM environments and how they integrate with wider business systems including finance, contracts, operational workflows, reporting and data platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive influencing skills.
  • Experience working within Agile software delivery environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
