Executive Assistant, Wisbech, £30-40k
A small, established Telecoms/IT services and hardware provider based in Wisbech is seeking a professional and highly organised Executive Assistant to support its three-member board.
This is a key role within the business, providing trusted, day-to-day support to senior leadership and helping ensure the smooth running of board and executive activities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level administrative support to the board
- Manage diaries, meetings, and schedules
- Prepare board packs, agendas, and presentations
- Take minutes and track follow-up actions
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Support general office and business administration as required
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, PA, or Senior Administrator
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Professional, discreet, and trustworthy
- Comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders in a small business
- Strong Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 skills
