CRM Specialist

We’re looking for a skilled CRM Specialist to become the go-to expert for our HubSpot CRM platform within the Doordrop Media team in Marlow.

This is a hands-on, strategic role where you’ll manage and optimise our CRM to improve sales performance, customer retention, and marketing effectiveness.

About the Role

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the primary HubSpot administrator, managing access, system health, integrations, and configurations, and keep up to date with new HubSpot features and recommend improvements to maximise platform value.
  • Maintain data accuracy and governance, including imports, deduplication, cleaning, and property management.
  • Design, build, and optimise workflows, automations, and chat sequences to streamline customer journeys across Marketing, Sales, and Service.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards, providing insights that improve sales, marketing, and service performance.
  • Train, support, and coach teams on best practices, ensuring adoption of HubSpot across the business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver new developments and customisations.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices
  • Proven experience with HubSpot (Marketing, Sales, Service, or Operations Hub) as a HubSpot CRM Specialist or in a similar CRM-focused role
  • Skilled in data management, workflow automation, and CRM optimisation
  • Experience building reports and analysing data to drive business decisions
  • Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and project management skills
  • Excellent communicator, able to train and support colleagues at all levels
  • Adaptable and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • HubSpot certifications (preferred)
