MPS/UPS plus TLR 1B: £47,029 - £65,795 (potential for an additional whole-school leadership responsibility as an Associate Assistant Headteacher)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Director of Learning for Business, Digital and Future Pathways at Whitcliffe Mount School. This role will have strategic oversight of our Enterprise, Computing, Health & Social Care and Child Development departments.

Under the leadership of a new and ambitious Headteacher, we are seeking an experienced and inspirational leader with the passion, enthusiasm and expertise to drive excellence across this key area of the curriculum. The successful candidate will be committed to raising achievement, developing innovative learning experiences and empowering students to embody our core values: Work Hard, Model Kindness, Aim High.

There could be potential for an additional whole-school leadership responsibility as an Associate Assistant Headteacher, contributing to the strategic direction and continued improvement of the school for an exceptional candidate.

As the Director of Learning for Business, Digital and Future Pathways you will be required to meet the general requirements of this post, as specified in the School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions Document. In addition, you will be required to fulfil any reasonable expectations from the principal/Trust.

The post will require you to work in partnership with the Computing, Business, Health and Social and Child Development teaching staff, TLR holders, Senior Leadership Team and governors to ensure the continuous improvement of Computing, Business, Health and Social and Child Development across the school/Trust.
