Operations Coordinator
Operations role within Data Services
Full time contract role - with option to move to permanent employment
Great opportunity to work for a cutting edge cyber and media data company. You will play a key role in supporting our client account and data integrity teams, reporting to the client account managers.
We are looking for a diligent and enthusiastic individual with experience in data operations, online research, using databases, and advanced skills with Excel and PowerPoint with experience in scripting in Python or JavaScript desirable. You should be enthusiastic about technology and the Internet as well as being tech-savvy. You must have excellent attention to detail, with experience in the ad industry or a legal or paralegal background helpful. You will be responsible for maintenance of all data collection operations to meet client requirements in dynamic ecosystems, under the guidance of the client account managers.
You must be a self-starter able to work with minimal supervision, have good interpersonal skills, and comfortable working in a dynamic scale up company of 10-15 staff.
The role primarily involves monitoring the data operations to assess daily requirements, data research, assessing and analysing websites, apps and online content for risk, developing and/or maintaining scripts, researching data about advertising, reviewing and updating specialist information and databases, and assisting with training datasets used in AI.
Essential experience/skills
- Excellent attention to detail, with ability to both translate client requirements into tech operations and implement management policies
- Proven experience in Internet research and analysis
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Tech savvy, with experience desired in Python, JavaScript and SQL. Linux experience a bonus
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication in English and ability to communicate issues clearly, with confident presentation skills
- Flexible, self-motivated, able to work under own initiative and as part of a small team
- Outgoing, passionate, curious individual, with good intuition and a positive and friendly approach
- Good interpersonal skills and be able to manage user issues and expectation
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University
