Requirements

— Hands-on experience in active trading of equities, bonds, and derivatives (including crypto derivatives).

— Expertise in options trading, arbitrage strategies, and asset valuation modeling.

— Proven track record in structuring M&A transactions and raising capital through equity, debt, or tokenized instruments.

— Deep understanding of financial markets infrastructure (traditional and digital), trading platforms, and clearing mechanisms.

— Strong skills in quantitative analysis, risk management, and financial modeling.

— High degree of independence and leadership in creating and defending complex investment strategies.

Responsibilities

— Analyze global financial markets (including digital assets) and develop profitable, innovative investment strategies.

— Design and implement advanced trading strategies for derivatives and complex multi-asset portfolios.

— Structure M&A transactions and lead capital raising initiatives across diverse models (equity, tokens, structured finance).

— Build and defend sophisticated investment models and financial hypotheses in front of investors, stakeholders, and strategic partners.

— Launch new financial products, from concept development to operational execution, including tokenized assets.

— Manage risks at the transaction, portfolio, and project levels, applying stress-testing and quantitative volatility management techniques.

— Develop and implement pricing models for derivatives using methods such as Black-Scholes, binomial trees, and Monte Carlo simulations.

— Create and manage advanced options trading structures (straddles, strangles, spreads, butterflies) across traditional and digital asset markets.

— Conduct statistical arbitrage and systematic trading based on anomalies in equity, currency, and crypto-derivative markets.

— Lead the integration and optimization of assets and processes following mergers and acquisitions.

— Apply modern technologies for trading automation, financial modeling, and data-driven investment analytics.

Would be a plus

— Experience in building and scaling financial products within blockchain, fintech, or digital asset environments.

— Successful crisis management experience (portfolio management during market disruptions).

— Knowledge of trading automation technologies and AI-driven analytics.

— Hands-on experience with venture capital (VC), private equity (PE), or crypto venture investments.

— Understanding of tokenized assets and blockchain-based financial infrastructures.
